I took my husband on a sunset fishing trip with Alberta Fishing Charters last night. We got to change up the type of fishing we were doing throughout the three hours as well as switch up the types of fish we were trying to catch during the evening. The prairie landscapes and sunset were absolutely breathtaking. We also saw a huge pelican and he was magical. Troy is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, and kind hearted host. An absolute pro. Not only was the fishing amazing …22 fish to be exact ! Troy’s equipment and knowledge was impeccable as was his character Top 10 father son day for my son and I on his way to serve his country in Alaska But wait there’s more he won an award while we were fishing…..much deserved obviously

I wish I could give this 10 stars! This was one of the best fishing experiences of my life! My husband and I lost count of how many nice fish we caught during our half day trip with Troy! He was an absolutely awesome guide and our only regret is that we didn’t book the whole day trip!

Captain Troy put on some really nice sized pike, and we landed a trophy walleye. He put my novice wife at ease and she caught more fish than me. I recommend communicating with the captain prior to your trip to best arrange logistics. A truly worthwhile trip, will be back!!!
