Shawn and crew got their limit in rain and heavy waves. We started running down the lake in three foot waves, hoping to get far enough to the west to turn the boat and fish with the waves. We knew the wind was going to pick up. We got the lines in and started catching fish soon after. It was a nice steady bite. Then the wind came from a different direction and the waves got bigger. We had to troll in the trough and the boat was a rocking. Luckily we were close to limiting out. When we were racking the rods, the waves were 4 to 7 foot.
