People Operations Specialist

In your role you'll work across a broad range of People (HR admin) topics, supporting the whole lifecycle of employees from the moment they accept an offer to their first day and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Point of Contact:

  • Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact to all employees regarding benefits administration, leave management, and various other people ops areas. 

    • Benefits administration: support total rewards programs including health, wellness, commuting, and other benefits plans. 

  • Point of contact for new employees - starting from onboarding logistics through to new hire admin/documentation requirements.

HR Administration:

  • Manage personnel records and files lifecycle, including HRIS updates.

  • Maintain and update visa and work permit expiration dates. Manage visa and work permit applications.

Metrics:

  • Create and run various analytics and ad-hoc people-oriented reports.

  • Track and/or update recruitment metrics and dashboards.

  • Conduct data analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and resolve issues as needed.

Process Improvements, Transitions, and Maintenance:

  • Maintain an appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist team members.

  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and work towards their improvement. 

Requirements:

  • Work experience - you have previous work experience in an admin-related field.

  • Proficient in MS Office and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Bilingual - native/near-native level of English, and native level of Serbian.

  • Education - BA or equivalent in Management, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or Business Admin.
